Step1: Run software on computer and connect Android
Run Backuptrans Android SMS + MMS Transfer and connect Android Phone to computer with USB cable. Then the software will automatically read text messages from Android device and show them on its main interface.

Step 2 A: Export all Android Messages to PDF, TXT, CSV, WORD, HTML
1) Click the Android in Devices list.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Export SMS + MMS to File" button or go File -> Export SMS + MMS to File.
Tip: Or you can right click the Android in Devices list and then choose "Export SMS + MMS to File".
Step 2 B: Export only the text messages with a single contact
1) Click your wanted contact name under the Android device.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Export SMS + MMS with this contact to File" button or go File -> Export SMS + MMS to File.
Tip: Or you can right click the contact name and then choose "Export SMS + MMS with this contact to File".
Step 2 C: Export your selected Android messages to document file
1) Check the text messages in the Messages list on main interface.
2) Turn to top toolbar and press "Export SMS + MMS to File" button or go File -> Export SMS + MMS to File.
Tip: Or you can right click and then choose "Export Seleted SMS + MMS to File ".
Step 3: Select a save path
Select SMS and MMS save path, choose a document file type, enter a file name, and then click Save to continue.
